Managing Director Mexico

Luis joined Quaxar in 2004 as Senior Manager of the Mexico IT team and was also in charge of managing the Data Center situated in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. Luis is now the head of Quaxar's Mexico office.

Luis has participated in the creation of the new platform for the Intercontinental Hotel Group's Diamond Elite Club. He was also responsible for designing and developing different registration platforms for Hewlett Packard. Luis is an expert in SQL, JAVA, C++, HTML, and Visual Basic.

He is currently working together with his team on Quaxar's "Software on Demand" a proven method to successfully manage loyalty and customer relationship management, increasing sales through a practical and simple interface. Quaxar expects to have this platform operating in more than 10,000 businesses by the end of 2009.

Before joining Quaxar, Luis was in charge of the Design and Development area at Procesar (2000-2003) where besides building the company's intranet he was also responsible for the migration of COBOL systems to a JAVA platform.

Born and raised in Mexico, Luis received his BA in Administrative Computer Science from UNITEC (Universidad Tecnológica de México) and a second BA in Communication Sciences from Universidad del Valle de México. In his free time Luis enjoys riding his motor bike and taking road tours with friends.
