Business Development Director

Miguel is an expert in the E-loyalty and CRM industry. He joined Quaxar in 2004 and has implemented various loyalty programs for different industries. He also responsible for the administration and regulation of customer acquisition guidelines for Hewlett Packard Latin America.

Miguel also has extensive experience in the Design and Creation of revenue oriented email campaigns.

As Business Development Director for Quaxar, Miguel is responsible for developing business opportunities with content and technological partners. He also identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. Miguel supports the Managing Partner in shaping long term strategies.

Miguel has over 6 years of business experience. His managerial experience, competence and knowledge make him a great asset to the team. His knowledge and customer orientation methods guarantee qualified services.

Prior to joining Quaxar, Miguel worked for Intellego as a Business Intelligence consultant working on projects in the technology, health, government and pharmaceutical sectors.

Miguel is an award-winning triathlete who always motivates others to participate and leads the Quaxar team whenever the company sponsors an event.

Miguel graduated with honors as an Information Systems Engineer from ITESM (Tec de Monterrey) in Mexico, completed computer science studies at Essex University (England) and has taken courses at the Université de la Sorbonne in Paris. Miguel is fluent in Spanish and English and also speaks Portuguese and French. Miguel was born and raised in Mexico City.
