Quaxar participated in the "Ciudades Digitales" event in the city of Veracruz.
On October 21 and 22 Quaxar participated in the X Latin American Digital Cities ("Ciudades Digitales") Meeting in Veracruz, Mexico. The event was organized by AHCIET and the GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF VERACRUZ. Digital Cities has become a unique platform for the exchange of best practices in the application of Information Technologies and Communication Technologies in all areas of community life. The meeting brings together national and local authorities, representatives of international organizations and the private sector, experts and citizens to reflect on, analyze and discuss new developments and challenges of implementing ITC in local government. This time the meeting was organized under the slogan "THE CITY AS A KEY FACTOR OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT: THE OPPORTUNITY OF THE USE OF ITC". Two days of meetings were divided into thematic panels with keynote speeches, debates, round tables and workshops which addressed best practices.
