The challenge:

Attract new customers and keep them and increase the frequency of visits of existing ones.

The solution:

The “Quaxar Customer Hangar” was implemented. Achieving a database of 6 thousand new clients, sending abroad 15 different campaigns, having an average of 2,000 interactions that have generated and estimate of 150- 200 additional visits. The monthly investment on each platform has returned between 15X and 20X.
